How much does Hinkle Law Offices charge to take on a case?
Our fees are based upon a contingency. If our PI lawyers are unable to get you a settlement/judgement, you'll pay us nothing. Something else to be aware of is, unlike other law firms, we don't ever collect more than our clients. The client always comes first.
What if I don't have a doctor of my own?
Hinkle Law Offices has been practicing law for over 30 years in the Greater Albuquerque area. Our PI lawyers know many doctors who would be willing to help you out. There are many medical care providers available to treat accident victims on a wait-to-be-paid basis.
What if I lose my case and don't recover any compensation from my case?
If that's the extremely rare case, then our PI lawyers don't get paid either. You win, we all win. You lose, we all lose.
Do all of Hinkle Law Offices' cases go to court?
Actually, no. Insurance companies often work out a settlement as opposed to entering a courtroom. However, our PI lawyers absolutely will go to court when necessary.
How long will it take to resolve my case?
Each case is different. Factors important to the case are injuries, liability, and treatment. If it's ongoing, then it may take just a bit longer than other cases. Something to remember is we have your back and our PI lawyers will stand behind you no matter how long it takes.
