Q: How much do you charge to take-on a case?
A: Our fees are based upon a contingency. If we are unable to get you a settlement/judgement, you’ll pay us nothing. Something else to be aware of is unlike other law firms, we don’t ever collect more than our clients. The client always comes first.
Q: What if I don’t have a Dr.?
A: Hinkle Law Offices has been practicing law for over 30 years in the Greater Albuquerque area. We know many Doctors who would be willing to help you out. There are many medical care providers available to treat accident victims on a wait-to-be paid basis.
Q:What if I lose my case and recover ZERO?
A: If that’s the case which is extremely rare, then we don’t get paid either. You win, we all win. You lose, we all lose.
Q: Do all of your cases go to court?
A: Actually no. Insurance companies often work-out a settlement as opposed to entering a Courtroom. However, we absolutely will go to Court when necessary.
Q: What if I was injured in an accident that wasn’t my fault but I was driving on a suspended license?
A: Great question. You may receive a citation for this infraction but when it comes right down to it, we are concerned with liability issues. If someone runs through a red-light and hits your vehicle, we look at the liability issue and in the past have been successful in getting our client a large settlement regardless if they operated a vehicle on a suspended driver’s license.
Q: How long to resolve my case?
A: Each case is different. Factors important to the case are; injuries, liability and treatment. If it’s on-going, then it may take just a bit longer than other cases. Something to remember is; we have your back and will stand behind you no matter how long it takes.
